Nick began his recruiting career after earning a B.A. in Geography from Bowling Green State University and later completed a Master of Theological Studies at Columbia International University. He joined the ASAP team in January 2004 and has received production recognition from multiple recruiting networks, including induction into the Top Echelon Network's Hall of Fame in 2024 for high placement production results.
